That sounds totally wrong to me. There is a line for interest on your Schedule E. Why remove it & put them both on your personal Schedule A when neither one are your personal residence. Same would apply for taxes paid.
It makes no sense. Was it a new tax preparer? You might call the office manager of the office that prepared your taxes. If you file it prepared this way, it may result in a huge tax penalty or liability once the IRS figures out it was inaccurately prepared (in the event of a refund you entitled to)

it depend for how much u earn……your ONLY benefits is if your the head of the household u get MORE refund than a married couple.
plus if u only used the form they could still deduct your child care(if u have one), renters credit, student credit(if you are student and paying it) and student loan interest (to be honest it almost the same like others…..i just hope that they DO priorities single parent…lol)

No, you will be filing a Schedule C. You GET a 1099-MISC from the person(s) paying you.

You either misunderstood or your friend is an idiot. You can use sales taxes paid on a Schedule A IF you can itemize. Taxpayers in states without income tax won the right to include the sales taxes paid because it was unfair that taxpayers in states with an income tax could deduct the income tx on their Schedule A. However, this is a DEDUCTION, NOT a credit (refund) of the tax. It means that IF you can itemize (as opposed to the standard deduction) you can list the sales tax as a deduction.
It also has absolutely nothing to do with the Schedule C (self employed business) you mentioned first.

You may need to go to small claims to settle this and receive your security back. You have a much better chance at winning if you immediately begin keeping detailed records of any and all communication between your former landlord and yourselves. Save phone messages and texts so you can prove harrassment if you need to. Obtain an itemized phone call list (either from your cell carrier or your phone company) so you can highlight all the numerous calls from your landlord. (This may not be helpful, but have it just in case). Pull out your bank statements to prove when you paid rent each month and for how much. You need to send a letter to your landlord (keep a copy) requesting a copy of your lease. You need to obtain a copy immediately. Be absolutely sure that you remain PROFESSIONAL and at ALL times. Also, gather together all paperwork regarding the rental.
If this does go to there are a few items that may you. – you did not do a walk-thru prior to moving in and therefore cannot prove what damage was done previously (all agreements between you and the landlord were verbal), – if you did not take pictures when you moved out, you may be unable to prove how much of your deposit you deserve back.
However, there may be a law in your state that allows you to collect double or triple the amount of any security deposit withheld if your landlord did not provide you an itemized damage list within 31 days of the day your lease "officially" ended. That is why obtaining a copy of your lease is crucial. You need to know the terms of the lease and then you need to research what your tenant rights are in your specific state.

Not necessary to literally click the login button. Since it is an input field that means there is a "form" tag surrounding it. That form tag indicates the "Post" that will be done and include the actual url that it calls with the login details. So you would "post" the page with the post data you collect from the page.

However, by the looks of it i wonder if you are just simulating activity and so have not written the underlying code to store cookies, referrer urls, etc. If so then you may need to either inject javascript to do your bidding or rely on WebBrowser control to execute the request. I was never a big fan of WebBrowser control in — i ended up using an opensource control (for and VB) that implements FireFox which has functions to execute clicks and all kinds of stuff.

charitible contributions – cash or items ( such as clothing) – are itemized deductions.
The way this work is that the IRS gives you a choice EITHER standard deduction or itemized deductions.
Basically, Itemized deductions are a list of specific things that if they add up to more than your standard deduction you would benefit by claiming those.
For 2008, the standard deduction for a married couple is $10,900 so if you can come up with itemized deductions that add up to $10,901 or more it would benefit you to itemize otherwise it is a waste because the IRS would just let you subtract a higher amount.
Just a clothing donation is not going to be to itemize and on your low income, I doubt you would have much tax liability anyway.

So if on a business trip, you keep all of your receipts for things that you spent (like hotel, meals, taxi fares, etc.) and you then list them all, one by one, and total the amount. Most employers require an itemized list of your travel expenes so they know exactly what you are expensing to the company. Hope that helps!

I am itemizing in 2010. I donated several thousand dollars. Even without the donations, I was itemizing, so for every $100 I donated, I will reduce my tax bill by 15%.
The business structure dictates how a donation works. For everyone but a C corporation, the donation is done by the business owner and itemized.

I have seen this syndrome many times and been a victim of it.
The most common cause is that you have a right-handed student who attempts to write and do the right-hand rule at the same time. It work out well.
As for the answers:
A) only if you get a double-error somehow. For example, if you apply the right-hand rule in determining the B-field and then apply it again to determine the force, the mistakes will cancel.
B) Assuming the B-field is correct, if you use your left hand, you will get the wrong sign for vxB. However, if you also neglect the fact that q is negative (in the case of the electron), have another double mistake that ends up working out okay in the end.
BOTTOM LINE: Do not write and do RHR at the same time unless you are a lefty!!!!

You will pay more and more in "hidden" taxes, because the wealth he seeks to transfer to the government will largely come from small businesses such as your local flower shop, haberdasher,hardware store, etc etc etc.
The thing is, businesses dont really PAY taxes, they COLLECT them. Any business owner that isnt a total FOOL hides the costs of taxes in the prices of the goods he/she sells, therefore YOU.. as a paying consumer.. PAY the tax, even though you dont literally "pay" when you file your taxes.
You will want to crank up your deductions as much as legally possible, because you will now have to offset these " hidden " taxes.
So much for " Voting for Change"…huh????

You can not use a Standard Deduction AND deduct unreimbursed employee expenses. Those are an itemized deduction.
Jackson fee will increase if they can convince you itemized even if it only save you a little bit of money. That may be why they are telling you what they are telling you. Have them run it both ways or, better yet, go somewhere else!

The program may be confusing the issue of itemization regarding state rules. I suggest in the future you purchase TurboTax, or visit an authorized tax preparer.
At any rate, it is best to choose the higher possible deduction method – in your case it is the standard. You should only choose the itemized method if your deductions (such as medical costs, interest, tax, un-reimbursed job expenses, etc.)are greater than the standard amount.

When you create tabs on the fly like this, and add a WebBrowser control to the tab, then the control no longer has a simple to use name like WebBrowser1. You have to do a bit more work to find the WebBrowser.
I assume you are already adding new tabs as needed, and adding a browser control to the tab? If so…you can skip this bit….
To create a new tab, you first need to create a new tab page:
Dim page As TabPage
page New TabPage("New Tab")
Then, you need to add a new WebBrowser control to the tab page:
Dim browser As New WebBrowser
browser.Dock DockStyle.Fill
page.Controls.Add(browser)
Finally, you can add the tab page to the tab control, make it the selected tab, and navigate:

OK…so, now how do the other buttons work? Well, you have to find the browser control you want to work with. the only control on the currently selected tab. You can get to it like this:

That takes the first control in the selected tab, tells VB that it is a WebBrowser, and stores it in the variable wb. Now you can call wb.Navigate, or any other WebBrowser function.

$2,000 new equals about $500 in charitable donations. You must itemize and the contribution, along taxes, interest etc must go over around $11,000.
With your income, you do not need to itemize to get all your withholding back.
But donate the clothes to the Salvation Army (or whomever), get a receipt and use it if you can (I think you can) and feel good about it.
