Let me put things into perspective. You would be a dumbass to do this, child. You do not know of which you speak. Sorry to break it to you, but you are going to listen to me. You can lose weight so easily that not even funny, and without starving yourself. You will lose weight faster, feel better, and look better.
First off, starving is a horrible idea. When you starve yourself, your body realizes this and will slow down your metabolism to such low levels that you will feel like an 85 year-old crippled woman, and anything that you do eat will immediatley be turned into fat. Why? Because your body will think that it needs to save up fat for when it next gets starved.
The key to dieting is to eat 500 or so calories below your maintenance level of calories that you need per day. say around 2,000. You would eat 1,500 calories a day. Also, you must work out. Lift weights, run, whatever.
I could go on for MANY MANY more paragraphs, but I have been up all night and tired as hell. be a dumbass kid and starve yourself. I will bet you anything that it work because you will not have the willpower to do it. You are going to binge eat your ass off and get fatter. Why? Because your metabolism will be so slow that when you see that box of bars, every last calorie is going to turn into fatty fat mcfatness.
Listen to me. I will put it simple. Research the following.
Diet, cario, weightlifting, and supplementation. Hell, find a bodybuilding forum and they will give you helluva diet to work with.

I tend to agree with the others about SK being too far gone to save. And they are losing ground fast – I don’t know any library admins at my institution who give any credence to SK (just had a conversation with my Dean about them). And we both lamented the lack of a space to have genuine conversation and dialogue about the issues at play. But KA has really ruined it. Also it’s funny that he crows about the viewer logs being high – I think it’s analogous to people watching a train wreck!
